1. Order Processing & Handling
Payment Verification: All orders are processed after payment has been successfully accepted and verified.
Business Days: Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time (EST). We are closed on major U.S. postal holidays, including:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (EST) will begin processing on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will also begin processing on the next business day.
2. Shipping Carriers
We partner with trusted carriers to deliver your orders reliably. Our shipping partners include:
- USPS
- DHL
- EMS
- Local Postal Services (for final delivery, as applicable)
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We currently ship only within the Continental United States.
To estimate your order’s arrival date, please add the handling time to the transit time.

- Total Estimated Delivery Time is an estimate calculated as Handling Time + Transit Time. These timeframes are not guaranteed.
- External Delays may occur that are beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, carrier operational issues) once an order is in transit. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
4. Order Tracking
Once your payment is confirmed, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process and prepare your order for shipment.
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number as soon as your order has been handed off to the carrier. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folder.
It may take 3-7 days for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If tracking information is not immediately available, please allow time for it to update.
If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date or if tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact our support team for assistance.
5. Shipping Address & Delivery
Customer Responsibility: It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Incorrect Address: Inaccurate or incomplete address information may cause processing and delivery delays. If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for the additional shipping fees to reship the order.
Package Forwarding/Redirection: We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to a package that you request to be forwarded or redirected by the carrier after it has left our facility.
6. Customized Orders
For personalized or custom orders, additional processing time may be required for our team to complete your request. The specific time needed will depend on the complexity of the customization. We will communicate any significant extensions to the standard handling time.
7. Shipping Restrictions
We DO NOT currently ship to the following locations:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO (Army Post Office/Fleet Post Office) addresses
- International destinations (any location outside the Continental United States)
